[bbDev] Install help

Hello!

I've just installed Wordpress and bbPress locally to see how the
process was, Wordpress is up and running with no problems but bbpress
isn't complete. I followed the installation instruction on the bbpress
website and the tamba2 website but all I get is this

screenshot because the forum is local).

In case you need to know, I'm running OSX 10.3.8, 4.0.21 Complete
MySQL by Server Logistics, PHP 4.3.10.
