 I'm not sure what the problem is here actually. When user meta is appended
 to the user object, what is usually "->bb_favorites" (actually
 table_prefix_favorites) gets copied to "->favorites" for easy use.

 These changes ignore that portability layer.

 What exactly is or isn't working?
