 bbPress (bb-settings.php) mimics the generation of WP to generate the
 BB_HASH variable.  We have WPMU installed, which does not have a
 COOKIE_HASH defined by default, so WP integration does not work properly.
 It should read in the value of COOKIE_HASH along with the settings in wp-
 config.php.
