 Currently we only have a function to build forum breadcrumbs.

 Adding RTL support for breadcrumbs would be easier if all breadcrumbs were
 handled by a single function.

 Then we could simply build an array of the crumbs and join or reverse then
 join.

 We could also detect certain separators and reverse them, e.g. &raquo; =>
 &laquo;
