#858: Exclamation point shown along with "A valid configuration file was found at
bb-config.php" is misleading

The exclamation point in a yellow box is unnecessarily alarmist. An
exclamation point is generally a warning "STOP!" and yellow means caution.
So, you're giving a success message

"A valid configuration file was found at bb-config.php
You may continue to the next step."

But along side it showing a warning to stop or process with caution. How
about a nice checkmark in a blue box showing "everything is fine,
continue." It can be an icon image, it doesn't need to be text with CSS.

'''In fact''', you get the same icon when bb-config.php is NOT found or
when an old config.php IS found. I think the icon should be different for
each different message that is shown.

Also, the message "There doesn't seem to be a bb-config.php file. This
usually means that you want to install bbPress." is shown in red, but that
'''really''' means stop, and that's not the case at all. Basically, it's
saying "you can continue here and we'll create the bb-config.php for you."

The messages and icons for installation deserve some attention. They're
confusing as it is now. The icon and color coding for the text background
do not match accepted norms for color and icon usage.
