 ok.. here's an attempt to get this done.. I have updated the patch

 couple of things to watch out for.
  1. Admin page for users could be done better.
  1. we will need an upgrade SQL to add a anonymous user to DB with user ID
 '0' (zero)
  1. function bb_auth - currently i have removed the code for it. there are
 two options we can have
   a. remove the code which i have done
   a. add code to check for capabilities inplace of bb_auth

 thoughts?
