 Had some trouble on my forum in that someone is trying to post something
 and it keeps being picked up by Akismet. The real problem is that marking
 it Not Spam doesn't put it back into the topic, in just vanishes. It
 doesn't go back into the topic but it is removed from the spam queue.
 Looking in the database, it's still there and has a post_status of 127.
